About Me

I'm beyond excited to be a Hire Club coach and a member of this great community!

I'm Puerto Rican, born on the island but raised mostly in the inner city in Massachusetts. I'm still very connected to my home/family, and my cultural background is incredibly important to me.

Coaching

For the last 6+ years I have been holistically coaching and developing leaders, while creating and managing an office at a large university. I've coached over 100 people through career and life transitions, and have helped them start creating the lives they truly want to live.

As a coach, my goal is to create a partnership based on mutual respect and accountability. I actively listen and try to find the true underlying source of an issue, and support you in finding options that take the entire context of your current life into account.

On a lighter note, I consider myself a genuine down to earth person. I know career struggles can be draining, so I strive to share positive perspective and vibes in every session to leave you feeling energized, motivated, and ready to go and tackle the tangible steps we create.
