COACHING WITH GINA
I am naturally curious and relationship driven. At a social event, I'm the one who asks "what do you do?" and cares to hear the answer... often digging deeper to find out more.
As your coach, I will ask thought provoking questions, challenging you at times. This is where true growth happens and roadblocks are uncovered. We'll explore possibilities and work together to determine next steps. Aligning your passion with your strengths and values is a powerful process. Having me as your accountability partner will enable you to move forward with your goals.
I believe that clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I will share best practices on all aspects of the job search process with a huge emphasis on networking. YOU decide what suggestions to implement and what best suits you at this point in your career.
ABOUT GINA
Experience
I've been in the client's shoes often... In transition, laid off, and relaunched after a career break. I've taken assessments, conducted informational meetings, and worked with coaches. I know what it feels like to question your abilities and the meaning of your work.
With 14 years in sales and marketing, I can help you sell yourself to potential employers, which is a huge part of the job search. There are many aspects to developing your personal brand and to communicating how you will deliver value to an organization. Working together, we'll discuss strategies that will benefit you throughout your entire professional life.
Specializations
I enjoy working with clients who are in transition, who are re-entering the workforce after a career break, and who are exploring entrepreneurship. My background is mostly in hospitality and meeting planning, however, I have a "nose" for business and enjoy serving clients in all industries.
Education
I obtained my Certified Career Management Certification (CCMC) through the Academies, an ICF approved program. I have a BSBA from the University of Dayton. I've also had numerous trainings in professional selling and sales negotiations.
Hobbies
In my free time, you might find me hiking at a metro park with my husband, three school aged children, and energetic Golden Retriever. I also enjoy reading non-fiction, volunteering, and cooking.
