COACHING WITH GINA
Building client relationships is important to me.
As a Certified Career Management Coach, I will ask thought provoking questions, challenging you at times... We'll explore possibilities and work together to determine next steps. Aligning your skills, interests, and values is a powerful process. Having an accountability partner will enable you to move forward with your goals... much quicker.
I will share best practices on all aspects of the job search process. You decide what suggestions to implement and what best suits you at this point in your career.
ABOUT GINA
Experience
With a combined background in coaching and sales, I will help you articulate your unique strengths to potential employers, a huge part of the job search. There are many aspects to developing your personal brand and to communicating how you will deliver value to a potential employer. Working together, we'll discuss strategies that will benefit you throughout your entire professional life.
Specializations
I enjoy working with those who are changing careers, advancing in their careers, re-entering after a break, or exploring self-employment. I've worked with clients in health care, technology, retail, hospitality, sales, associations, real estate, education, cannabis, and more.
Industry knowledge can be helpful in career coaching, but what's most important is finding someone who can serve as an unbiased, objective outsider who asks relevant and challenging questions, enabling you to move forward.
Coaching areas: transferable skills, career clarity, job search strategy, salary negotiation, performance reviews, networking, communications, imposter syndrome and reframing limiting beliefs.
Education
I obtained my Certified Career Management Certification (CCMC) through the Academies, an ICF approved program. I have a BSBA from the University of Dayton. I am certified to administer the SkillScan career assessment that is helpful in identifying transferable skills.
Hobbies
I enjoy hiking at a metro park with my husband, three school aged children, and Golden Retriever, Chewie. I also enjoy reading, volunteering, and making salads.
