MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
I know what makes individuals stand out and succeed throughout the recruiting and hiring process. I started my career in business development and consultative roles advising and helping hiring managers and organizations acquire talent. Then after transitioning into higher education, I trained and coached MBA students and alumni/ seasoned professionals on how to capitalize on their strengths, determine their career direction and create effective job search strategies. I also have experience managing leadership development programs (from early career to senior level professionals). While managing a talent team, I helped recruit and interview candidates for a financial services enterprise level company and collaborated with C suite and senior leaders to assist in their talent initiatives. I coached, trained and provided ongoing support to assist participants in their career development.
