Professional Experience:
I know what makes individuals stand out and succeed throughout the recruiting and hiring process. I started my career in business development/ consultative roles advising and helping hiring managers and organizations acquire top talent. I also worked in higher education for over a decade where I trained and coached MBA and graduate level students and alumni/ seasoned professionals on how to capitalize on their strengths, determine their career direction and create effective job search strategies.
I also bring talent management expertise from overseeing and managing multiple leadership development programs (from early career to senior level professionals) at a large financial services and technology enterprise-level organization. I helped recruit and interview hundreds of candidates, while collaborating with C suite and senior leaders to assist in their talent initiatives. I coached, trained and provided ongoing support to assist these participants in their career development.
