"A meaningful life does not happen by accident" ~ Donald Miller
More than a passion, it has been my lifeblood to develop and enable the success of others; my personal mission statement is to empower people to transform and have an impact on the world.
As you look for a new job, make a career transition, or work on advancing yourself within your current company, let's create your Career Action Plan and make it work for your ongoing successes.
We will use design-thinking concepts as we begin with self-discovery, needs analysis and development of your criteria. To support you in establishing your goals we will use the concepts of SMART goals, goal hierarchy, goal alignment and goal flexibility. Having spent 2 years in graduate school writing a thesis on Goal Setting, I'm a bit of a nerd for goals.
Transformation is sometimes not pretty. Nor is it easy. But folks who seek coaching (for anything!) are statistically shown to be way more successful than those who go it alone. As your coach, I will help you find your voice, align your life to your values, and chart your path. With my compassion and delight for life, I hope we have fun with the project. And remember, you won't be alone.
Emotional Intelligence/Leadership Coach and Career Coach with over 20 years of professional and global experience.
My career is a non-linear trajectory that spans Manufacturing, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality/Adventure Travel, Non-Profit and Higher Education. I served as HR Recruiter, Trainer, Systems Administrator, SCUBA Instructor, Marketing/Events, and Career Advisor. I've worked in England, Thailand, Boston, and the SF Bay Area of California.
With a masters degree in counseling psychology and a personal focus on mindfulness, along with the insight of changing jobs and industries, I have compassion for what you are going through. And perhaps experienced it myself.
For my side-hustle, and for fun, I am a circus performer. Walking on stilts, making costumes, designing makeup, and entertaining the masses makes me smile. I also love yoga, dancing, singing and I'm learning the ukulele.
