Rachel is great! She is pragmatic and results driven, which has really helped me reframe my job hunt. Her efficient tips helped me get more phone calls and call backs in a couple weeks than I had gotten for months on my own. Most importantly, she's really helped me sharpen my interview style and made me feel more comfortable with the entire interview process. She's also inspired me to play a more active role in my own career path. She's so helpful!!!

I really got a lot out of my call with Rachel even thought I personally hit a wall of job search and life stress. I have a clear go forward plan thanks to her, and she reminded me to take time out to take care of myself. It was hard to hear at the time, but sunk in.

Fabulous. Rachel was prepped and ready to make the most of the call. She gave me clear action items to guide me for the next week or two, some great guidance on how and when to raise my visibility and some longer term goals so I know what is next. Clear and relevant. I am feeling inspired.

Rachel was great, professional, clear and a good listener The amount of time was too short to understand how HireClub coaching works. I think we are a good match, but we were both rushed. I'd still like to know what the expected use of the correct use chat function to share info, and what is too much to ask of a coach . It would be great to get a welcome email or video about what is included in coaching.

My sessions with Rachel have been great. She is super easy to talk to and really goes deep into asking questions about past and future visions. She has helped me get such a fresh perspective on my strengths, weaknesses and achievements which I knew but didn't necessarily highlight enough.

Rachel was worth every penny! When we spoke, she asked me questions that I couldn't believe I never thought about and info I should be including. She challenged me to think hard about measurable data and achievements. And while I gave her a TON of info, she took out the best and made it into a very impressive and comprehensive resume that really sells me. It's also given me some confidence while I start looking for work! Thank you so much Rachel!
