While working on the a smaller Bay Area museum account during my tenure at H&L Partners in San Francisco, I was fortunate to be able to work with executive leadership and passionate experts in the museum world. But that certainly did not come without it's obstacles. With an organization whose private funding was dwindling, I was tasked to manage a very tight non-profit to stretch as far as it could with the greatest ROI.
Leadership and responsibilities included managing the client/agency relationship, delivering both high-level and in-depth analysis for all initiatives, working closely with creative teams to ensure consistency with messaging and objectives, and continuing to plan for future exhibitions across digital, social and traditional media channels.
The museum consistently hit aggressive revenue goals with increasing improvement in campaign performance.
