Looking for someone who will be able to:
- Manage calendars
- Program manage summits any other team level meetings
- Plan regular fun team bonding events and quarterly engineering events
The role will be supporting Directors of Marketing Marcom Division of a High-tech company.
Additional Responsibilities: • Plan Travel • Create and submit expense reports • Participate in leads meetings and take on action items • Solve any other problems you find before they arise
Requirements: • BA/BS degree preferred in any field with a strong academic record • Administrative experience in a fast paced, high-tech environment • 1-2 years direct executive support experience • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies • Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions • Proven communicator - excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
