We are seeking an organizational superstar to take on the challenge of a variety of operational, financial, HR, facilities and administrative projects and responsibilities for our promising start-up. This is a part-time, contract role covering parental leave, with potential for extension or transition to permanent for the right candidate. The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in removing roadblocks to maximize productivity for the team and will work closely with all team members to identify opportunities for optimization and prioritize responsibilities.
True to startup culture, this role will cover a number of business as usual tasks as well as involvement in current projects, such as implementing key tools and business practices for an in-progress HR project. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with experience in writing professional documents and can confidently interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. An inclination to jump in and contribute quickly will be highly valued, as would using extra bandwidth to address problem areas or contribute to activities requiring extra hands across all functions of the business.
