- Extremely detail-oriented. You like to write everything down and double-check everything.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability. You're proud of the work that you do.
- Good communicator. You make sure all stakeholders are on the same page.
- Extremely organized.
- Process-oriented. You're always trying to iterate and improve
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Excited and willing to dive in and learn independently
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Previous experience with bringing a product to launch and growing it post-launch preferred, but not required
