About the role: Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Sales, the Client Services Manager is a strategic partner to our Account Managers and Community Managers. This position plays a key role in translating strategic best-practices into client-driven initiatives. This key team member is integral in setting each client up for success by providing best in class onboarding and crafting a clear, actionable strategy across their community initiatives.

This role will also work closely with sales to maximize strategic up-sell opportunities while providing insight to increase client retention. This is an opportunity to be incredibly consultative and help establish a new category of marketing while partnering with major brands.

You will... Manage all on-boarding calls with new clients in order to craft an actionable strategy and goals for account management and community to execute against Gain a deep understanding of client objectives in order to build a truly valuable relationship and successful account plan Work hand-in-hand with the community team to scope out an effective communications plan across our database of millennial super fans Manage expectations with clients throughout the course of their campaigns Identify and communicate strategic opportunities to the sales team that will contribute to renewal and upsells Develop client facing material that highlights the powerful content and insights driven from Zyper brand community programs Attend and contribute to enterprise client quarterly/annual business reviews where needed

Who you are and what you have experience with:

You are an expert in the social media/community/advertising landscape with a passion and knack for strategy (3-5 years in direct social media/community role required)

You have (3-5 years) experience in client facing roles and are comfortable presenting and speaking to enterprise level marketers

You are a creative and strategic thinker that can partner with our community team to ideate based on findings in our group chats, performance data, and visual content

You can quickly assess the outcome of your strategic recommendations and if successful, scale these effectively across your clients

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a lot of autonomy and an ever changing landscape

You are detail-oriented and highly organized to support clear tactical execution plans that our community and account management teams can work towards
