Company Overview: Vybe Living is a fast-growing San Francisco co-living company offering an all-inclusive housing solution for individuals seeking an environment supportive of their personal and professional growth. Our community-centric homes embody a culture of love, mutual respect and teamwork, and housemates are matched based on living preferences and mutual interests. Homes come fully furnished and beautifully decorated, with rent including utilities, groceries, maid service and access to exclusive monthly community events. Over the past year, we’ve expanded from 3 to 30 locations throughout San Francisco to keep up with demand for good vybes, and we're now planning our expansion into other cities.

Job Description: We are looking for an individual with a strong sales or customer service background to guide prospective members through our application process.

Primary Role Responsibilities: • Main point of contact for all inquiries over phone, email and text • Screen applicants over video chat and refer them to homes • Schedule and conduct house showings
• Communicate leasing policies and application process for interested applicants • Record and update all activities on HubSpot • Develop and apply sales campaigns to meet member conversion targets

Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment • Willingness to work flexible hours (shifts would be a combination of 1 PM – 9 PM on weekdays and 9 AM – 5 PM on weekends, which is adjustable for time off)

Preferred Experience & Skills: • Basic knowledge of sales fundamentals and customer service principles • 1-3 years in a fast-pace and goal-driven sales environment • Real estate, property management or startup experience a plus • Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales tools
