We are seeking an experienced customer liaison to drive the relationship between customers, the window installation teams and management. Do you have a positive, get ‘er done attitude? Areas of Responsibilities include: • Follow-up with customer upon receipt of contract information from the Renewal by Andersen NW sales team • Two-way communication between the customer and Renewal by Andersen NW sales team or office • Communication of specific client installation needs with the installation team and Management o Coordinating installation dates, specialty contractors and/or permitting o Communicating logistical changes and installation issues with customer o Problem solving with the Renewal by Andersen NW team to resolve installation issues or concerns for customer
Qualifications: • 5+ years of Customer Service Experience • Microsoft suite proficient (Word, Excel) • Some sort of background in construction, general contractor or interior design work is a plus but not required. • High school diploma
Salary: $18-$22/hour including bonuses
