RevUp Software offers award-winning, easy to use Fundraising Analytics tools to Non-Profits, Academic Institutions and Political Organizations. We help fundraisers identify, target, and engage their networks to find new donors, and raise more from existing ones. Our Political Organizations team is looking for a Customer Success Associate.
RevUp solves the major frustration that exists for fundraising organizations today - inefficient, manual processes that require extraordinary brute force to get results, and often fail to raise significant funds. With over 80 clients already this cycle, RevUp continues to change the way campaigns raise funds. Recently, the company won the Reed award for "Most Innovative Product of the Year," the Pollie award for "Best Use of Analytics," and CampaignTech's "Startup of the Year" award.
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for ensuring the success of accounts. The associate will partner with customers to learn and ensure on-boarding. In short, you will ensure clients are fully utilizing and engaged in the RevUp platform.
Your day to day: Proactively manage the inbound questions from clients. Ensure clients are engaged in leveraging the RevUp platform Identify clients unique goals. Sharing best practices & thought leadership around fundraising. Find creative solutions and strategies. Conduct live demos of our platform with screen-sharing. Gather product feedback and act as advocate for your client-base. Coach to ensure they are leveraging all available resources. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fundraising in general. What you'll bring: Past experience with political campaigns. Preferably campaign fundraising. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and efficiently respond to a high volume of 1on1 sessions and emails. A strategic mindset.
