Job Description We are looking for an experienced and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for retaining, growing, and supporting an assigned customer portfolio while working cross-functionally as the voice of the customer with all internal teams.


  • Develop deep understanding of UJET’s technology and the Customer Support industry to help create best practices for achieving and exceeding business goals
  • Establish and grow relationships with customers with regular touchpoints, and QBRs to prove ROI
  • Help with updating and improving scalable support resources
  • Handle day to day requests and customer issues thoughtfully and quickly, soliciting feedback while maintaining a strong sense of product direction
  • Advising and helping troubleshooting CRM, BI, and our customer’s other connected systems
  • Partner with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, engineering, and product as the voice of the customer
  • Take accountability for not only driving efficiency and improvements toward your role, but the Customer Success team as a whole


  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Management Consulting, Account Management, Business Development, or another customer-facing role
  • Aptitude to work in a dynamic startup environment, welcoming ambiguity and change
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Have a genuine passion for working with customers
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
