Set up cutting edge development environments that increase the speed with which Goodwater engineering builds products. Orchestrate rapid continuous deployment of code to production. At Goodwater, we use Kubernetes, a powerful platform for deploying micro-services. Set up and maintain large distributed storage systems like Cassandra and Elasticsearch in production. Develop internal tools to automate highly complex big data tasks. Here are few qualifications we’re looking for:
Required
Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or bash. Willingness to work hard and grow in a fast paced dev team. A desire to wear multiple hats and learn other technologies.
Preferred
Experience working in a company where moving fast and developing iteratively is the norm. Experience building services with docker containers. Familiarity with one or more continuous delivery frameworks such as Chef, Capistrano, Ansible and Kubernetes.
