Reporting to the CMO, the Director / Sr. Manager of Marketing Demand Generation will lead a team tasked with demand generation and marketing funnel optimization. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, you will lead our campaign execution while growing our database and overall company revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate all online marketing, acquisition, and global campaign efforts across marketing channels such as web, SEM, Paid Social, webinars, email, etc.
  • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities.
  • Develop the activation strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.
  • Create customized content and demand generation strategies for targeted verticals such as pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
  • Craft campaigns to target different prospect groups in these key verticals, customizing the messaging to each group. Own the success of each marketing campaign.
  • Determine the most effective ways to move prospects and leads through the sales funnel.
  • Measure, optimize and periodically report on the impact of our digital demand generation efforts.
  • Own the relationship with Sales and forge strong communication between Marketing and Sales, with the overarching goal of improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years progressive digital marketing experience.
  • B2B Digital marketing experience (customer acquisition, lifecycle, brand, retention).
  • Experience generating demand at B2B enterprise software company (preferably SaaS).
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Experience extracting meaning from data and using this to optimize a team’s approach to digital marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation technology and analytics tools.
