Our Founder is looking for a strategic right hand to help run the day to day operations of the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong financial and operational team player with the ambition and dedication to be a leader. You’ll play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing company with a large amount of autonomy and responsibility across finance, operations and broader company strategy. The ideal candidate will deliver best-in-class financial and accounting operations and bring a strategic perspective to support the organization’s operational scaling.
What You’ll Do: Operations Responsibilities Help the founder run the day to day operations of the business. This will range from running 1:1’s and standups to board meeting preparation to filing company reports. Manage all Admin Operations concerning contracts, filing and reporting and legal agreements. Evaluate business risks, develop mitigation strategies and deploy agreed solutions. You may be required to supervise the work of different departments and provide constructive feedback.
What You’ll Do: Finance Responsibilities Manage the P&L and weekly cash flow reporting to the founder. Define and maintain financial and operational metrics of the company. Work closely with our Head of Sales to evaluate pipeline and revenue performance. Scope out cost base inefficiencies and build macro level forecasts and financial models. Ensure our remote bookkeeping and accounting firms are streamlined. Manage and optimize these relationships. Assist in preparing analysis, commentary and presentation material for the monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including board materials. Continuously evolve the month-end process to improve speed, efficiency and accuracy, including evaluating the tools we use to do this. Proactively seek opportunities to improve planning, reporting and day-to-day finance operations. Benchmark Company performance against competition when available and identify business, financial trends, and variances to plan. Play a key role with CEO in fundraising efforts. Help maximize operating performance and achieve financial goals.

What You’ll Need: 2-5 years of progressive experience working in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field. Superb project management skills. Strong people skills and ability to build internal and external relationships. Proven ability to communicate with execs, and to hold team members accountable. Strong team-orientation; ability to drive culture and create a positive working atmosphere.
