Wellio was acquired during the summer of 2018 by the Kraft Heinz Company to form the technology the core of the new evolve group - a spin-out focused using technology to help people eat better.

Your role

  • We are hiring our first marketing position to help increase awareness and adoption of the Meal Hero app. As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll work directly with our CEO to execute and support marketing activities that consistently deliver high quality opportunities and great conversion rates.
  • Your goal as the Growth Marketing Lead is to create product marketing roadmaps that lead to a strong and well executed go-to-market process for new releases.


  • Identify and size product gaps and market opportunities, determine positioning, shape the voice of the product and grow an engaged user base.
  • Build and optimize Full Funnel AAARRR Marketing (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to develop go-to-market plans
  • Build (paid and unpaid) acquisition channels to grow user base and increase overall engagement with Meal Hero through social media, email, push, in-app, etc.
  • Measure marketing initiatives against KPIs, analyze user data and trends in order to provide actionable, data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Use A/B testing to increase CTR and CVR and lower the customer acquisition cost
  • Create and lead content and copy for every stage of the funnel: blog posts, marketing landing pages, email campaigns
  • Lead social media marketing: identify the key social media channels and grow presence

About you

  • You have 2-5 years of mobile user acquisition experience across paid and earned channels, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • You have experience monitoring and improving organic performance KPIs for the app stores (ASO)
  • You have a proven track record identifying and testing new channels, as well as measuring channel success (cohort analysis, LTV)
  • You enjoy working on a small agile dynamic team where everyone is valued
  • You are creative, like learning new skills and teaching others
  • You have a passion for food and nutrition, and are excited to use your skills to help our customers nourish their families and themselves
