Siren Care is hiring! We are looking for an experienced and strategic growth marketer to join our team. Siren Care is a digital-health and deep-tech company based in downtown SF and backed by large Tier-1 VCs. We create next-generation smart textiles and our first product is an injury-detecting sock that helps people with diabetes avoid amputations. We most recently won Techcrunch Hardware Battlefield CES 2017 (watch LIVE DEMO) and were awarded AARP Consumer's Choice Award.

We are a mission-driven company. Amputations are one of the leading causes of death for people living with diabetes, and we want to stop this. Prevention is key and by introducing an easy-to-use tool into people's everyday life, we can stop one of the most common and costly complications of diabetes. By joining us, you will drive consumer growth and help people learn about a tool that will potentially save their lives.

You’re strong on digital marketing, but also versatile and understand that you need to explore and discover other channels and tactics that work. You’re analytical, so that you can make data-driven decisions and recommendations and change efforts accordingly.


Here’s some of the things you’ll do, but consumer health is diverse, and all channels and creative ideas are in play:

  • Work closely with Marketing/Community and CEO to manage all performance marketing, including paid acquisition, conversion optimization, email and engagement, partner/affiliate marketing, referrals, PR, SEO and content marketing, industry conferences and events, and whatever channel works.

  • Develop new acquisition, engagement and retention programs (ie. mailers, referral, radio, etc)

  • Experiment constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels

  • Run analytics to answer key strategic growth questions (e.g. customer demographics)


  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience with significant focus on product marketing, email marketing and paid advertising (ideally at a consumer electronics or digital health company)

  • Track record of managing marketing budget across multiple channels to overperform on acquisition and engagement goals

  • Proven ability to identify and test new channels - must be able to show how you iterated a variety of marketing experiments and how you came to conclusions

  • Proven analytical skills and effective at implementing analytics/marketing stack and measuring channel success

  • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately to patients and healthcare providers
