We. Are. Rocking. And we want you to join our solid AI startup. We are profitable, and focused. We are a small team so each hire is important. Early stage startup experience is strongly preferred, and strong Hubspot experience is required.

Chooch AI is a revolutionary Visual AI solution that works. We provide a wide variety of products, from Facial Authorization to Complex Counting to Edge AI and beyond. We have over two dozen customers and growing fast.

In the role of Inside Sales and Customer Success Manager you will:

  1. field all inbound leads
  2. create hubspot entries and maintain lead tracking
  3. generate proposals with the team
  4. reply to support and feature requests
  5. help our customers succeed by tracking their progress to deployment and beyond in hubspot

Essentially, you will help new leads get inspired, become customers and implement our solutions. We have two experienced sales leads who can mentor you and help you close deals.

This role is customer-facing, but may be somewhat technical (you need to understand the API and how Machine Learning generates AI). Have a look at our website, http://Chooch.AI

This role is a critical stage in the sales cycle, as well as in product development as you can gather feedback and input from customers. Those insights will help us evolve the product.

Core responsibilities

Proactively reach out to new leads to see how we can help them to succeed.

Activity engage with customers on technical questions, but use our engineering team to provide answers.

Report on your engagements in our CRM and get the answers you need from our team.

Keep the sales channel clear and reportable in Hubspot.


Good understanding of Machine Learning and APIs. You don’t need to be a programmer.

Hubspot ninja.

Solid presentation skills for a customer facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Self-directed, organized, fast learner, results-focused, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Tech writing/forums/blogging a strong plus.

Work style

Small, result-driven team. Position reports to the CEO, VP of Marketing and VP of Sales.

Career development will be provided along with responsibility.

This position offers rapid advancement to a senior role, with possibility of growing into a Sales Director or Director of Customer Success positions.

Location We are based in San Francisco, but you can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
