MuleSoft is looking to expand our award-winning digital marketing team with an entrepreneurial team member who is driven, energetic, and resourceful. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Digital & Lifecycle Marketing, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams in executing program launches, onboarding, promotional activities, and support the day-to-day needs of MuleSoft’s multi-channel marketing efforts. The Lifecycle Marketing & Operations Senior Analyst will support our EMEA business and play an integral role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth, while protecting and building upon the values and missions of the MuleSoft brand.
In this role, you will:
Assist in the development and management of regional marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, emails, events, webinars, and remarketing
Analyze the performance of MuleSoft’s regional marketing channels, programs, and promotional activities using internal and 3rd party reporting tools and suggest optimizations to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Web, Creative, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support strategic initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
Work closely with our Account Development (AD) team to ensure smooth hand off of leads to the sales organization and troubleshooting any related issues.
