This role requires you to talk with students and teachers on our platform to make sure their needs are met. The role closely matches with that of a customer service executive. However, since we are still a small company, the role will expand and you will be expected to take additional responsibilities as we grow.
Since we are a website and everything you do is on the website, you should be very comfortable with computers - tech support experience is a definite advantage.
Requirements
You have a minimum score of 70% in your last degree.
You are someone who loves to talk and isn't scared of talking on the phone for 8 hours a day. You have excellent Spoken and written English skills. You are empathetic - you speak as if you care because you do. You understand things quickly. You can work with minimum supervision. You are comfortable with computers and internet in general.
