Company Overview Zyper is a consumer facing software tool at the forefront of the dramatic landscape shift in the advertising industry. Zyper's technology uses a combination of natural language processing and computer vision to identify highly engaged friendship groups and their brand affinities. We enable brands to identify their top 1% of fans and turn them into an active community of brand advocates.

About the role: Reporting to our Executive Director of Sales and working closely with our founder, you you'll craft major awareness centric strategies to educate around Zyper's software and drive quality leads that result in long term partnerships. A love for market education is a must as we are paving an entire new segment of the ad space. You’ll primarily focus on B2B Marketing that drives new sales and establishes our position as a vendor. There's also a B2C aspect - delighting our super fans and driving adoption of our consumer facing app.

You’ll develop, execute an optimize a plan that consists of:

Content First: External Channels - Build and execute a content strategy across Twitter and Linkedin with clear KPIs and a way to measure success Owned Channels - Build and execute a content strategy across our own blog and newsletters with clear KPIs and a way to measure success

Amplification: Build out our paid strategy across Google Adwords and Linkedin with clear KPIs and a way to measure success. Promote more long form content on LinkedIn to drive quality leads

Events: Secure speaking engagements at premiere conferences, award shows, dinners, all relevant industry events. Craft and execute experiential strategies to generate buzz at key industry events. Create pre, during, and post comms plans to maximize the effort.

Partnerships: Establish relationships with expert technology partners to amplify content generated by Zyper Manage our external PR to ensure they are hitting deliverables. Partner with them to secure maximum coverage Manage any external agencies and/or freelancers to ensure they are delivering on KPIs and align with our values.

Product & Client Marketing: Work with our Head of Product to devise copy and creative to amplify new feature releases Devise a high touch, high impact strategy for client marketing (white papers, merchandise,events) to establish Zyper as a thought leader

You’ll control budget allocation and measure performance, optimizing spend for maximum return.

Who you are and what you have experience with:

You have at least 3 years of experience leading B2B Marketing at an Enterprise Sales focused company

You’re a fast learner and good listener- you’re aware of your strengths and weaknesses and take every effort to adapt your working style for success.

You’re a great communicator. You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts and are meticulously professional in all external communication.

You take initiative - a growth mindset is key for this role.

You’re a team player- you let all stakeholders feel like they’re a part of the magic and cheerlead others.

You thrive in a fast paced environment. You know how to prioritize what tasks require a fast iterative process and ones that require more strategic thinking.
