This is an untraditional user experience role for someone who can easily empathize with investors and internal team members alike to improve the user experience of all stakeholders. In addition to providing support to our investors, we are looking for the specialist to enhance the internal experience of JMA employees. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support the daily communications between external and internal members, which includes ensuring JMA’s marketing collateral is polished and ready for distribution to potential investors and partners.
This opening is within our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the San Francisco’s Financial District, easily accessible by public transportation and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, with a little bit of everything.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing investor communication through email, phone, and video conferencing
- Prepare presentations, visuals, and marketing plans to meet project goals and objectives
- Internal communication with cross-channel teams
- Fine tune existing investor experience
- Develop and post content for social media: writing posts, selecting photos, soliciting videos and find quotes
- Management of the team meals, snacks, office supply, company equipment, company documents, business travels (transportation & lodging), utilities billing & auditing (e.g. office rent, electricity, phone, and internet etc.), services (e.g. regular cleaning), visitor accommodation, and any other relevant items.
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Serve as the point person for office duties including mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, etc.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and market company events
Desired Experience
- A background in corporate event planning with more than 50 attendees
- Project design and layout experience within a visual tool, like Adobe InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint and a high level of detail
- Knows how to utilize a social media management tool and scheduler to post and track engagement
- Experience with coordinating and scheduling meetings within Microsoft Office365
As the Office Manager you will get to directly impact the JMA experience for internal and external teams. The nature of this job puts you in contact with a variety of experts across the commercial real estate industry and provides the opportunity to learn more about the pain points in investor relations, capital sourcing and development and the room to address those issues.
