Job Description: We are looking for an individual with a strong sales or customer service background to guide prospective members through our application process.
Primary Role Responsibilities:
• Point of contact for all inquiries over phone, email and text
• Screen applicants over video chat and refer them to homes
• Schedule and conduct house showings
• Communicate leasing policies and application process for interested applicants
• Record and update all activities on HubSpot
Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment • Must have availability during the weekdays (5:30 PM – 9:30 PM) and on weekends (10:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Preferred Experience & Skills: • Basic knowledge of sales fundamentals and customer service principles • Real estate, property management or startup experience • Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales tools • Transportation to house showings
