Do you love how it feels to create something new? Do you have a passion for understanding how each element of a design affects the experience as a whole? As Zyper's Product Designer you’ll help craft the invisible systems that allow customers to intuitively use our platform. You will conceptualize, design, and build the user experience for all Zyper products and services. By constantly focusing on the user, you’ll create products that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and delightful.

About the role: Reporting directly to the Founder and Head of Product we are looking for an experienced designer to shape our consumer app and enterprise focused platform. Someone who is passionate about developing strategies based off of the insights of real people, has the mastery of their craft to turn these insights into beautifully designed products (both interactions and visuals).
Who you are:
You want to create a product that has a place in culture and history.
You have at least 5 years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies; and experience designing for mobile.
You are an incredible designer with amazing chops. You’ve shipped many consumer products over the years, and understand what it takes to create awesome, consumer-oriented experiences.
You’re not afraid of a spreadsheet. Metrics are important, you’re analytical leaning heavily on user research and data to make the best design decisions. You’re a great communicator.
You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. You also have the ability to mentor others to deliver work, and make strategy come to life.
You have a people-focused design mentality and a deeply curious nature. You are constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for an A/B test.
You thrive in a fast paced environment. You know how to prioritize what features require a fast iterative design process and ones that require more strategic thinking.
You are obsessed with Gen Z behavior.
