Pay: $15-18/hour, dependent upon experience.

Hours: Full-time, flexible hours.

General Purpose: To oversee day-to-day NW Navigator and DOT safety and compliance rules and regulations of NW Navigator vehicles and drivers. To interact with all levels of management to assure overall company success, ensuring complete compliance to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations. Administer a training program to ensure that all NW Navigator employees have the necessary skills to provide the safest transport to all passengers; safeguard personnel and equipment to eliminate injuries and/or accidents; as well as administration and oversight of all processes to ensure that every level of the customer experience reflects Excellence, Reliability, Safety and Luxury.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • ALWAYS represent company positively to drivers, staff and clients • In charge of developing constructive dialogue among driver pool and staff • Oversight and administration to ensure compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations for drivers and trips • Review Drivers’ trip scheduling and Locations • Administer Driver training program and ongoing training • Perform Driver reviews regularly • Administer performance standards (uniforms, on time, pre trips, logs, etc) • Recommend corrective actions to Management • Implement and manage Driver recognition program and milestones • Conduct on the road evaluations and spot checks • Administer review of Driver overtime, where possible • Schedule and Conduct monthly driver and safety meetings including move-specific special meetings; team with Dispatch and review daily for accuracy to insure all trips are compliant with regulations and contract standards ~Communicate updated information regarding weather, construction on the roads and local events in surrounding area, which may affect runs; ie. Rose Festival ~Interact with sales to assure drivers have the appropriate and correct information to perform their work successfully Interact with sales to oversee trip, check locations, itinerary, address, client and move accuracy • Serve as Manager on Duty one week a month and when needed; and develop MOD manual and processes • Assist Sales, Quotes and Request-for-Proposals (RFP’s) for routing and safety, as needed • Review vehicle maintenance with management and mechanics to assure all vehicles are safe and well maintained daily • Conduct training programs for all profit centers • Ensure safety and training objectives are met • Administer and review vehicle tracking and idling hours ~Identify problem areas and perform ongoing training ~Implement Green Certification for driver pool • Maintain accident kits in vehicles • Maintain cleaning kits and needed supplies in all vehicles daily • Driver, as needed

Qualifications: • Willing to secure a commercial driver’s license and maintain a DOT medical card • Minimum of 5 years security & compliance and/or safety & compliance with preference for military or civilian law enforcement background • Experience conducting investigations in a military or civilian law enforcement role or as a private investigator, preferred. • Organizational skills • Ability to communicate one-on-one or in large groups in a training or review format • Have mediation skills • Support a flexible schedule • Have a general knowledge of computers and common software; able to quickly adapt to new technology, including proprietary software • Honest and trustworthy • Quick learner and willing to identify and do what is needed • Excellent customer service attitude • Positive Attitude
