Who you are

We are looking for a highly ambitious and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving SourceScrub's ambitious growth targets. This is a critical hire for us as we embark on another record-setting year and we're looking for someone that is excited by the opportunity to build the function from the ground up. As our first Sales Operations hire, you'll be able to work closely with sales leadership to create process and implement tooling to increase sales productivity and ensure our team has what they need to be successful.   

What you'll be doing

  • Owning our sales tools and ensuring we're fully utilizing them by creating process, training and ensuring good SFDC hygiene
  • Creating and standardizing strong reports and dashboards
  • Managing lead qualification metrics, conversion rates and lead scoring
  • Working closely with sales leadership on forecasting, territory planning and incentive planning
  • Liaising between the sales and marketing teams to ensure streamlined process between both
  • Supporting sales enablement initiatives
  • Maintaining documentation on sales process to improve efficiency throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Proactively spotting areas for process improvement and optimization and recommending solutions

To be successful, you should have

  • 3+ years years of sales operations, business operations, or similar role in technology / software industry
  • Mastery of SFDC with experience building impactful dashboards and reports
  • A deep understanding of GTM data and metrics
  • A proven track record of delivering and enforcing process execution with specific, measurable business outcomes
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze data to extract business 
  • Experience training and documenting process
