Modern Health is looking for an entrepreneurial and creative product leader to lead product management through product definition, planning, and implementation. You will be responsible for a fundamental part of Modern Health's product strategy and mission to create a world where people are happier and more resilient to the stress and struggles of everyday life.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team and be responsible for developing and executing on our product vision. If you are a user-focused builder who wants to make a big impact at a high-growth company, we would love to hear from you!
*Responsibilities: *
- Lead the product vision and strategy, and prioritize your roadmap in alignment with your vision and company goals.
- Develop the digital end-to-end experience for employees looking to improve their mental health and emotional well-being (depression, anxiety, stress, mindfulness, personal values, etc.).
- Track the success of the product features that we launch and know how to iterate based on the metrics and customer feedback.
- Help build something that you believe will truly make a positive impact.
*You are: *
- Experienced. You have 6+ years of experience in product management or engineering and a proven track record of product launches.
- An end-to-end thinker. You have experience creating a solution and building a product from end to end.
- User-focused and design savvy. You love user experience and have a knack for design. You do everything from user research to advocating for certain design methodologies that create an amazing experience.
- A go-getter. You take initiative and like to build things from scratch with little direction.
- Organized. You project manage your features and have high attention to detail.
- Execution oriented. You prioritize many competing demands.
