A Little Background Meta was born in 2012 when Meron Gribetz imagined how different things could be if the technology we use every day truly connected us to our surroundings and to each other. He built his first prototype with an oven-heated knife, a hot glue gun, and the best components he could get his hands on.
Just a year later, after a successful Kickstarter campaign, Meta entered the marketplace with the first see-through glasses that allowed wearers to move and manipulate 3D content intuitively, using natural hand gestures. By 2014, Meron was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Technology list.

Requirements:
- Master Degree in EE or ECE or CS, with 5+ years of professional experience
- Data flow optimization, data pipe-lining, low-latency systems
- Linux, Real-Time OS
- Familiarity with both ARM and x86
- Professional C and C++ (3+ development experience) with optimization for embedded systems experience
- Device drivers in Linux Host, system bring-up + booting
- MIPI CSI2, I2C, SPI, CMOS image sensors experience
- USB 3.0 both in host and device
Nice to have:
- Proficient with debugging tools, such as Total Phase
- Familiar with Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Multimedia, OpenCV library
- Power/thermal/performance profiling and optimization for mobile and embedded systems experience
- Android+Windows device drivers
- ToF signal processing pipeline
