Right Side Up is looking to add a full-time recruiter to help us build our team!
We are looking for someone who has recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for contractors and/or consultants is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
-Manages the end-to-end recruiting funnel
-Talent sourcing through various job boards (inbound and outbound)
-Interviewing/phone screening candidates daily
-Helping candidates through the hiring/on-boarding process
-Daily use of our Applicant Tracking System
Growth and performance marketing are our bread and butter, although we work with clients throughout the entire marketing organization. Experience with marketing recruiting is a plus, but not required.
