Job Description

A blockchain technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team. This position requires a subject matter expert in digital performance marketing with experience using paid digital channels to chase conversion targets.


  • Execute the strategy and implementation of all digital paid media campaigns. Including monthly budgets, projections and managing forecasts of acquisition metrics such as volumes, costs, ROI/ROAS and LTV.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to traffic acquisition team.
  • Develop a strategic plan for paid user acquisition channels such as AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, and other.
  • Constantly search for new user acquisition channels.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing programs using a combination of Google Analytics, and internal marketing and analytics reports.
  • Research and lower our cost-per-acquisition and improve ROI and ROAS metrics across partners and platforms.
  • Regular analytics & reporting of acquisition metrics and statistical tests.
  • New digital media partnership development via test & learn strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Coordinate marketing effort with business partners.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions.
  • Responsible for partnering with the centralized marketing team and media lead to drive traffic.
  • Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

You have:

  • 3+ years working in SEM/PPC, along with experience in paid social.
  • Experience in project management with an ability to delegate work to the right talent.
  • A track record of success building and optimizing a portfolio of paid search and social accounts/campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the tools needed to run successful campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding of each element of paid media (bid management across platforms, keyword targeting, quality score optimization, copy writing, landing page and order form development).
  • Experience in planning and buying media in social channels and other digital media. (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skill set, capable of analyzing and reacting to digital performance data. Working knowledge of CRM metrics pertaining to customer lifetime value, customer acquisition costs, retention.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Finesse and ability to influence and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Big picture thinker who does not hesitate to dive into details.
  • Deep familiarity with the levers that impact CPA, CPC, and LTV.
  • Experience with tagging and pixel implementations, programmatic display, DCM, DBM, DoubleClick Search, Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
  • Being part of an awesome team.
  • Bilingual in Russian/English is a big plus.
