Description
1. Tell new users that 5 skills and 5 milestones are required for your profile to be complete 2. Make the experience of completing an action by clicking on the progress bar to complete your profile, consistent with performing the same action from your profile page. Example: when you add a skill from clicking on the progress bar, you can't see what skills you have added previously, and if you add one that already exists, you get an error message
