Hey if you are out there struggling, know you aren’t alone.
We’re almost at 12 months of this isolation. This separation. Nothing is normal anymore. And our new normal is just so strange.
All our normal social structures have changed or disappeared. Humans aren’t meant to be like this.
So if you are feeling low or drained or anxious or angry or sad or depressed or anything. It’s valid. It’s so so valid.
I’ve found compassion is the compass I need right now. Compassion for myself, compassion for friends, and compassion for the time we live in.
The kinder we can be to ourselves, the easier it is to carry this weight.
If you need someone to talk to, I’m always around. If you need to vent or destress I hear you.
You don’t have to do this alone even though you might feel really alone.
