About Me
Hi, I am Cassandra Moore and I am known as the Motivational Leader of the Human Capital Movement. It is a movement I am most passionate about because it’s my commitment to helping people GROW, lead courageously, pursue career passions and feel a greater sense of purpose. I am also an ICF Certified Coach with over 20 years of HR experience in the Retail, Telecommunications, Technology and E-Commerce space. I knew my life was destined for a special purpose when I was called into the field of Human Resources (HR). My career did not follow the traditional trajectory. In fact, my career in HR was unique in that I was recruited into HR by senior executive leaders who saw my potential and took the time to invest in my development. I am also the Founder and CEO of TMYK Group (The Moore You Know). I provide professional coaching to individual, group and company clients in the areas of leadership, career and life purpose.
How I Help my Clients
Although my HR leadership experience includes talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, career and change management, the majority of my work in HR centered around coaching. During my career, I have had the privilege and honor to coach some of best leaders in the Telecommunications, e-Commerce, Technology and Retail industries. From C-Suite to entry level employees, I share my gift of coaching with all who strive to be better versions of themselves. My extensive HR knowledge coupled with my coaching presence is how I am able to deliver on my promise to my clients: The Moore you know, the more you'll grow.

- Assess the "who" - become familiar with the client/needs
- Clarify & Create - gain clarity on goals/develop coaching plan
- Transform - facilitate client insight and learning; partner with client to convert learning into action
