Really helpful as usual, thought of a negotiation alternative that I hadn’t!
Barbara was very kind and encouraging, but I didn’t finish the intro feeling like she had a specific plan for me/a personalized understanding of my situation. To go to the next step, I need to feel sure of that, so I think maybe we weren’t the right fit.
Writing another review as I worked more with Aneri. She really helped me through the entire interview process - mock interviews, insights at the company I want to work for (and got hired for) which were very valuable, and she texted me often to get updates. She truly cares for your success. :)
Dexter gave me immediately actionable advice and tips on how to improve. He also gave me a structure to work with, which is really helpful when I need to improve quickly.

Aneri's coaching has been nothing short of transformational for me. Even as an experienced PM, I had several problems. I knew I needed to get a "proper" job: I was coming out of a string of unsuccessful startups and had had a bunch of 2-year stints at companies. I had been rejected by the FAANGs and other big companies in past years. My morale and self-confidence were low. My resume was just okay. When we started our coaching sessions, Aneri helped create a plan. We prioritized companies and opportunities together. She helped me find clarity in terms of the sorts of roles I should be looking at. Is that an exciting company? Would you be okay being an IC at a FAANG? She helped me immensely with my resume. And suddenly I started getting calls back. She helped me network and get a foot in the door at a few places. She helped me prep for phone-screens. Once I started getting into the flow, she started helping me with interview prep - we're talking full-fledged PM interview prep, including product sense, execution interviews, the works. Along the way, she would send me job listings when she knew I was feeling dejected from a rejection. In final stages with several companies, she helped me negotiate. She had a great sense for levels and comp. Aneri has been an absolute rockstar. I feel my career is going to take off, and I have one person to thank for that - and that's Aneri!
Melanie always makes herself available in a pinch and is very responsive and agile in her approach, as in when things start to change/pop she helps me redirect and focus .
Aman did a stellar job of coaching me for an onsite ops interview at a big food delivery company. He gave me a lot of feedback on my preparation and slides, nudging me towards an end result based on my time, energy, and abilities. He provided context, answered questions, listened to me when I was discouraged, and made very genuine comments to pump me up. I think his style is great and that his input was really valuable.
