About Sarah Howard

When salespeople are able to hone their sales style and sell from a values based, purpose driven place, they have the power to be frontline innovators, trusted advisors, and brand ambassadors. Sarah is determined to create the mindsets and behaviors in salespeople that will help to unlock success and make real impact for their customers. Sarah welcomes people of all backgrounds and is committed to practicing cultural humility.

Approach

I have a holistic approach to coaching where I consider the whole human including their culture and the metanarratives that have greatly shaped us. So, first I will run an in depth intake call to understand things like your relationships, your individual consciousness, your body and behavior, your culture and your environment. I will then create a development plan that will guide us in our engagement including practices and self reflection exercises. I believe that change only happens when integrated in the body and we are able to access all of our intelligence centers- the head, heart, and body. The practices will help to integrate these intelligence centers and support you in your goals. In our subsequent coaching conversations I will balance the latest in neuroscience with the wisdom of Eastern philosophies to guide our engagement and offer supportive distinctions. Integral coaching is about deepening in ways of being- who do you get to become in order to reach your definition of success?

Background

I have experience as a top sales performer across industries like tech (B2B) and renewables (B2C). I have built my own consulting company supporting businesses in the Learning and Development space to scale with excellence. Through supporting cultural change at tech companies I have learned that successful sales teams are built on the foundation of inclusion, psychological safety, and empathy. I train, facilitate, and build curriculum to support DEI strategies and build inclusive sales practices at organizations.
