Katia has been a great resource on my job search journey. We've explored leveraging my strengths and personal passions and integrating them into my overall story, as well as reflecting on opportunities where I can build confidence to enhance my interviewing skills. We're working on ways I can allow my expertise and personality to shine through while being mindful of stress/nervousness that arises during interviews.

Excellent call. Gina listened well and clearly understood my problems & questions. She proposed three different approaches and we discussed the plusses and minuses of each approach.
