My coaching session with Victoria was very succinct and productive. She spent the right amount of time on the right things. However, more than that, she provided me with valuable insights into how the industry operates, and what I need to do to break in. This insight was coupled with practical advice / tips that I could implement immediately. She also went the extra mile and connected me with someone who provided me good technical feedback on my portfolio.

Tutti gave me negotiation advice which proved crucial in landing the best offer I could. Unless you're a recruiter or manager who routinely hires 100s of people, you are outmatched when negotiating with employers. There is absolutely no reason NOT to hire a seasoned pro like Tutti. Do it now!
