6/5 stars! I wish I could rate like that! I started the call with a list of goals that I wanted to achieve on the call, as well as a list of emotions that I emailed ahead of time (eg imposter syndrome) that I was navigating. Aman has an uncanny ability to take my words (he so clearly listens to everything I'm saying on ALL my calls) and repackage them in a nuanced way that I haven't yet considered/ been able to unlock. Aman gave me *extremely* tactical advice for handling a job offer call. He used my words and my stories against my imposter syndrome to build back up my confidence. He so clearly cares, listens, and is able to give really great feedback and advice.
Robert is great at listening and giving actionable, critical feedback during my interview prep. He helped me recognize where are my strength that I can focus on while talking about myself to the Hiring Manager and helped me with rephrasing areas that I have limited experience in.
Dexter was respectful of my time and great with giving me direction. I, unfortunately, I was not able to afford the cost of having him as a coach. This will change once I have a steady source of income.
Mike has proven time and time again to be an incredibly helpful person in my job search.

Dexter Zhuang was very insightful, helpful, and patient about hearing me out about personal problems and improvements. He also provides other sourcing materials for me to gain better understanding and improvements for myself. Great coach and will continue to coach with him :)
Aman continues to be an awesome coach for me. He really meets me where I am but keeps pushing me forward with my long-term best interests in mind. I really value this relationship!
After every coaching call with Katia, I feel a lot of burden is off my shoulders. I have my mind a lot clearer and am ready to tackle next challenges at work. Her superpower is being able to listen attentively to what's going on in your world and prescribe spot-on resolutions that you can add your own flavor to.
