The phone screen went well - Ketan was able to provide a concise but detailed overview of Hireclub and the expectations of a coach. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly - I feel like I have a better understanding of the role and how Hireclub works now. Overall, an enjoyable and informative call.

It was great getting feedback from Aman, which was very actionable and helped me structure my thoughts and answers for upcoming interviews. During a practice run during our call, I was able to notice areas where I could improve over my past performance. He also gave me some really great general feedback on job-hunting and also great general strategies to approach interview questions. Even coaches need coaches, and Mike has been an incredible support. He is kind, supportive, generous and always looking for ways to help.
