Sarah was down to earth, approachable, and provided some great information and perspective on our initial call.
It sounded like the communication environment wasn't the best, but he spoke clearly so it was easy to hear for me. I felt 15 min was too short, I gave a lot of information about me, but he heard all of thing that I spoke.
Janelle was very clear about what she can and can't do as a career coach. I found it very refreshing and not a hard sell by any means. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who's not sure where to start in their search.
I really got a lot out of my call with Rachel even thought I personally hit a wall of job search and life stress. I have a clear go forward plan thanks to her, and she reminded me to take time out to take care of myself. It was hard to hear at the time, but sunk in.

The appointment went very well and am happy with how Phil helped me strategize to figure out the best methods to negotiate the compensation package offered to me. He was very friendly and well versed in the industry which I work in (Solar) which further strengthened the advice he gave me. He even took extra time with me to ensure all questions/comments/concerns were addressed.
