I found my 15-minutes with Robert productive and helpful. He's the first career coach I've ever spoken to so I had a lot of questions both about the process and how to best leverage him.
Fabulous. Rachel was prepped and ready to make the most of the call. She gave me clear action items to guide me for the next week or two, some great guidance on how and when to raise my visibility and some longer term goals so I know what is next. Clear and relevant. I am feeling inspired.

Rachel was great, professional, clear and a good listener The amount of time was too short to understand how HireClub coaching works. I think we are a good match, but we were both rushed. I'd still like to know what the expected use of the correct use chat function to share info, and what is too much to ask of a coach . It would be great to get a welcome email or video about what is included in coaching.
