Ketan provided great initial advice on how to word my asks during negotiation, especially since I opted to do so via email. Our phone session was to the point and he provided additional follow up via messaging. There were questions I was able to ask both of my job offers that I don't think I would have if Ketan hadn't helped me understand their importance during negotiations.

I had instant rapport with Sarah and she’s so easy going, we dove right into the negotiation tactics. I filled her in on all the background info through first round of negotiations. I was nervous but really wanted to go through a 2nd round of negotiations to get closer to what I wanted. She helped me with the confidence I needed and some suggested language to sound grateful but still ask for more. It worked, and it was the fastest Ive ever made an extra $5k!
