Perfect - It was exactly what I was looking for. Answered my questions and provided useful insights already. I’m looking forward to more. A very positive and personable pleasant interaction.
Conversation flowed easily and enabled us to share the right information so we could both make an informed decision. Thanks Diantha and look forward to working with you.
Robert is the best! I’m a senior marketeer and Robert had provided me with lots of advice , insights and direction. He has so far advised me on interview techniques, LinkedIn and networking- the whole gamut. He’s straight taking and supporting and I always walk away from our sessions with new enthusiasm and a handy ‘action list’.
Great listener and perfect sounding board. Robert and I made an actionable plan for my current and long term career goals. He helped bring some clarity to the chaos in my head and my overthinking. Highly recommend Robert as a coach!
Sarah is amazing! I came in with no clue around what to say during raise conversations and zero confidence. She not only gave me talking points around what to say, but her rationale as well. This has helped me immensely with how I should approach these types of conversations and gives me a framework for future raise/salary negotiations.
Got to the point. Problem identified. Actionable plan laid out.
Jasleen was very kind and understanding. She made me feel supported and understood what I needed next. I’m looking forward to working with her as my coach!
Time well spent, Phil has great intuition and made valuable contributions to my resume
Lynn was patient with my questions, and constructive with her feedback while keeping an air of positivity and support. She also committed to following up regarding a question she was unable to immediately answer. I look forward to future engagements with her.
Gina did a great information session with me. Her experience well aligns with my current needs. She did a good job letting me know the process and what I can expect if I move forward with coaching. It was also very helpful that she shared information about assessments, which I think will benefit me. If I move forward, I'm confident that I'll get the coaching help from Gina that will lead me to a job that will make me happy.
I booked a salary negotiation session because someone else wrote a review that was posted on Facebook, saying that a salary negotiation session will “help you turn mushy intentions and intuition into crystal clear instructions for you to follow”. And true enough, that’s exactly what I got. Within the first two minutes, Ketan shared that statistically, the majority of folks get a significant pay jump by applying to other companies, and not by staying with their current job and trying to negotiate. He also shared that ultimately, if I want to stay with my current job, the most effective way I’m going to possibly get a significant pay rise is by interviewing with other companies, getting some offers and then going back to my current company with another company’s offer in hand, asking them to match that offer. He gave me some great advice - to take the emotion out of the decision, and to not think about how much I like my boss and my current job. Companies don’t have feelings - you aren’t going to get a raise because you’re friends with your boss. And if your boss hasn’t been paying you what you’re worth for x number of years, it’s very unlikely that he’s suddenly going to pay you significantly more tomorrow. Finally, he gave me an action plan with deadlines, and actionable steps, plus some goal-setting resources to check out. $299 is a lot of money for me, and for some people. But please don’t flounder along by yourself - the fact is that we DO NOT have the skills or knowledge to do this by ourselves and get the same results that you would get with a coach. Ketan has what it takes to guide you, as well as a huge network of contacts. Spending this $299 on coaching is more important than anything you could possibly buy for yourself, simply because of the potential for it to lead to an amazing new job. I was NOT ready when I spoke with Ketan. I uploaded a shitty resume that was 4 years old with no metrics and numbers. Ketan still managed to give me pointers on what to work on. If you’re feeling NOT ready, please don’t let that hold you back. Let Ketan provide you with an action plan to follow, and to give you clear, actionable guidance on your next steps. I cannot emphasise how life-changing this conversation was. And by the way, I talked to my boss the day after. Every single thing that Ketan predicted about our conversation was absolutely true. It was naive of me to think that my boss might be willing to give me a significant pay rise, and it took Ketan’s frank advice to instantly get me into the right mindset of letting go of my current job and get excited about the terror and uncertainty of job applications. (This review is left anonymously because I put quite a bit of detail into it but I’m happy to speak with anyone who wants to talk if you get Ketan to connect us. If you're reading this, I beg you to take action and speak with a coach - I am the most not-ready and terrified person you could possibly think of, and if I can do it, SO CAN YOU.)
